Actually, everyone in my company is nice. Even we seldom talk to each other. My supervisor looks very furious, my company consultant giving me a lot of pressure! Seems like we are having very bad relationship, but I know they are just not like the way they act. Just this is the way they used to treat trainees, and I think in the very first place, I have already set a distance between me and them.
I know most of the people would try to have very good relationship with their boss, perhaps to make their life easy, or to get some benefit. Well, that's a very great idea, I really wish I could do that. But my born personality not allow me to do so! I am a trainee, and they are my superior. I have to respect them, we are two different category, there is a boundary, there is a line between me and them. For all the colleagues, they are experienced people, and they are skilful. My mind just won't stop reminding me that, hey! you know, you shouldn't dishonour them. So, well, blame my personality? That always like to set a gap between everyone with me? Hm... is that really not a good personality? Somehow I think respect and honour between human is important.
Anyway! Regarding to my previous post. Actually those who really piss me off, wasn't from my company. Just some passers-by that think they are GREAT and GOOD in doing programming, and actually they are not! I think... Just ignore them for my own benefit, and I hope I will smile whole heartedly and from the bottom of my heart for him, whenever I see him. He is definitely, a big challenges in my intern ship life!
