酵母活力测试

下次做馒头之前,务必要测试测试所使用的酵母粉到底还能不能用... 哈哈!

可怜我做了两次馒头,失败的原因竟然是因为酵母完全坏了。

测试工具:
溫水半杯、糖一大匙、被懷疑酵母二小匙

方式:
1. 使用約40-46度的溫水半杯,加入糖一大匙拌勻(溫度高於50度酵母就會開始死掉)
2. 接著放二小匙酵母於表面上,靜待約十分鐘-三十分钟左右
3. 如果是活的酵母就會起泡(发酵嘛)


无奈我等了约一小时,哈哈!还是如一潭死水,毫无动静...

毫无疑问,可以把我家酵母捐给垃圾筒了... :(
